Exchange & Return Policy
First, we sincerely hope you can choose a product that satisfies you at CYBERSEA. We aim to allow more people with limited budgets to experience freshwater pearls and feel their charm. But sometimes, things go differently than planned. Don't worry! CYBERSEA offers fast and easy exchanges and returns!
Please note that you must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your package before we will issue a full refund. Please understand that any claims submitted after this period will no longer be entertained. Please also note that CYBERSEA does not reimburse return shipping costs.
To receive a full refund, please note the following: All items must be in original condition, not worn, washed, or damaged, and intact packaged. Ensuring the product can be resold to qualify for a full refund is essential.
Before returning any item, please email 'cybersea24@gmail.com' and include the original order number and a brief description explaining the reason for the exchange or return. We will process your application immediately after receiving it so your refund can arrive as scheduled.
When we receive your return or exchange product, we will email you. Your refund is processed immediately and automatically refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you used to make the original purchase. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but if you have waited more than 15 working days and have not received your refund, please feel free to contact us at 'cybersea24@gmail.com' contact us.
Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products
If you find a damaged or incorrect product upon receiving and inspecting your order, we're here to help. Email 'cybersea24@gmail.com' with a photo of the damaged part and your order number. We'll swiftly address the issue, assess it, and make it right.
To ensure that customers are happy when receiving a perfect product, we will check the product's surface before sending it by express delivery to see if there is any wear or damage and record 360-degree photos in the product media library. Please note that we cannot accept items that have been artificially worn or altered while you are wearing them.
Once we receive the returned product you sent back due to damage or defect, we'll conduct a thorough inspection. We'll check for any signs of human damage or other defects. We'll then notify you via email about the receipt of the returned item and our final decision on whether to authorise a refund.
