1. Where is your delivery area? Do you offer free shipping?

We currently only ship within the UK. Of course! Our products are delivered to you for free!

2.How long does it take for me to receive the goods

If the product is not sold out, your order will be delivered to your address via Royal Mail within 3 days of placing the order. Please note that occasional delays may occur during shipping, which are beyond our control. However, rest assured that your order tracking information will be updated to ensure you are always aware of the latest status!

3. What should I do if the goods are not received within the estimated time or there is a problem with the goods?

Furthermore, if you have not received your order within three days after confirmation, please promptly notify us. Once you receive the order, please inspect the items in the packaging carefully. If you find any discrepancies between the ordered goods and those received, please follow our exchange and return policy accordingly.

The delivery time for handmade and customised style products is about 2 weeks. You will be notified by email as soon as the order is shipped.

4.Regarding pre-order items, how long do I need to wait?

The estimated delivery time for pre-ordered items is expected to be within one month/4 weeks. Once the order is shipped, you will be notified via email immediately.

5. How can I track the details of my order?

6. What should I do if my product is defective?

All baroque pearl products on the store's shelves guarantee the luster and quality of the beads at this price range. Although there will be tiny flaws in them, because they are natural freshwater beads, they cannot be 100% perfect during mining.
